Manny Pacquiao’s chief triner Freddie Roach and his counterpart in the Timothy Bradley camp both predicted their wards’ June 9 title fight will end via the short route.
Saying that all fights should end ideally via knockout, Roach averred “I don’t see it going the distance.”
Diaz, who, along with Roach, Pacquiao and Bradley themselves, appeared in HBO’s “Face Off” aired recently, for his part, likewise, vowed. to “look for stoppage.”

If Manny V. Pagnilinan is, actually, the Most Valuable Player in his other endeavors, sports is no exception.
Besides heading several sports associations, MVP has revived his wish of becoming the first Filipino to own an NBA franchise.
The owner of the Talk ‘N Text ballclub in the PBA that has so far won five conference titles, MVP is also the president of the Samahang Basketbol ng Pilipinas and chair of the Amateur Boxing Association of the Philippines tasked with gifting the country its first Olympic gold medal.
